Our chips are proudly made in France, in the heart of the Marne region. This local foundation guarantees optimal traceability and highlights the French terroir.
Combining innovation and tradition, our chip production is based on artisanal expertise enriched by cutting-edge technologies. Every step is designed to preserve the authentic taste and quality of the product while respecting the consumer.
LOW-TEMPERATURE COOKING
Thanks to low-temperature vacuum cooking (from a French patent), our chips contain much less fat (about 30%) than those typically sold in stores.
This cooking method respects the food and limits overcooking of the fats. As a result, the sensory qualities of the potato are better preserved.

LESS SALT, MORE FLAVOR
A THAAS CHIPS contains about half as much salt as a regular industrial chips because we don't need to hide the good taste of our potatoes
