With pride, the THAAS CHIPS team has specially crafted a lemon-flavored chip made from Menton IGP lemons for the summer.
To stay true to its unique recipes made with natural ingredients, THAAS CHIPS potatoes could only be paired with an exceptional lemon, produced by the renowned citrus grower “Maison Gannac.” You may already know, Menton lemons are protected by a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), and their taste is a heritage in itself!

LA CHOCO'wave : The chocolate chip!
Always on the lookout for new taste creations, Manu and David came up with a fresh idea: a chocolate chip.
To make this innovation a reality, they needed to find THE chocolatier who shared the same values as the two brothers: a passion for flavors, a commitment to high-quality ingredients, and a love for craftsmanship.
Through perseverance, they discovered Jacques and Jérémy Bockel, father and son chocolatiers and creators. Very well-known in France, especially in their home region of Alsace, Jacques is known for his delicious and creative chocolates and has won numerous awards. Fascinated by the idea of a chip dipped in chocolate, Jacques and Jérémy Bockel decided to bring their expertise to the project. This is how the Choco'Wave was born!

Always on the lookout for new flavors, David and Manu imagined the perfect companion to their Thaas Chips: their very own craft beer.
Driven by this ambition, David and Manu teamed up with the Brasserie d’Orgemont, located near their farm in the Marne region, to create a unique recipe celebrating the local terroir.
From this collaboration was born a well-balanced blonde beer, brewed with barley from the Marne and wildflower honey from Champagne-Ardenne. Its malty taste, subtle bitterness, and fruity notes make it a refined and elegant brew. Unfiltered and bottle-conditioned, it offers an incomparable sense of authenticity.
Once the recipe was perfected, the two farmers still had to find a name for the brand and for their very first batch.
For David and Manu, the brand name came naturally: THAAS BIÈRE, like “ta bière” (your beer in French)! Sounds familiar? A little nod to a certain brand of chips.
As for the beer’s name, “La Folie Godot”, it simply refers to the name of one of their cultivated plots.
